Linavista (“the group”, “we”) explains here what personal data this website collects, why, and what rights you have.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Linavista Sarrafiye ve Değerli Madenler Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti.. Written enquiries can be sent to [email protected].
What we collect
Enquiry data you submit yourself: company, name, email address, market of interest and your message.
Basic technical data your browser sends: IP address, user agent, referring page and the pages you view.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry and to carry out the pre-contractual and contractual steps that follow from it.
To keep the website secure and to understand, in aggregate, which pages are used.
Legal basis
Your enquiry is processed on the basis of your request and our legitimate interest in responding to it. Where local law requires consent, we ask for it before processing.
Who else sees it
Enquiries submitted through the form are transmitted by our form provider and delivered to a group mailbox. Hosting is provided by Cloudflare. Neither uses your data for their own purposes.
Because the group operates across several countries, an enquiry may be handled by the office that covers the market you asked about.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as the commercial relationship or applicable statutory retention period requires, and deleted afterwards.
Your rights
You may ask what data we hold, request correction or deletion, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.
Changes
We will publish any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
